These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EduCare Educational Services Limited's website, mobile application, and coaching services. By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering an account, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. For students under 18, these Terms must be accepted by a parent or guardian.

2. Services Description

EduCare provides educational coaching services for English grammar, spoken English, and related courses. Our services include:

• Live and recorded video lectures
• Online and offline mock tests and assessments
• Study material (printed and digital)
• Doubt-solving sessions with faculty
• Performance tracking and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable prior notice.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full or agreed installment fee
• Fees are subject to change; enrolled students will not be affected mid-course
• Payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, credit/debit cards, and EMI options
• Students who receive scholarships must maintain the required attendance and performance standards to retain the scholarship benefit

4. Refund Policy

• Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund of course fees (excluding registration charges)
• 8–30 days after enrollment: 50% refund if less than 20% of the course has been consumed
• After 30 days: No refund; fee may be transferred to another batch at EduCare's discretion
• Study material, test series, and scholarship amounts are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@educare.in

5. Student Conduct

Students and guardians agree to:

• Not share login credentials with others
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute any EduCare content without permission
• Maintain respectful conduct in all interactions with faculty and staff
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purpose
• Not attempt to bypass or tamper with test systems or security measures

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EduCare's platforms — including video lectures, study material, question papers, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of EduCare Educational Services Limited and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

EduCare's liability in any matter shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Failure to qualify in any examination
• Interruption of services due to technical issues beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Content accuracy of third-party links or resources

8. Termination

EduCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's account and access to services without prior notice in case of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, the student forfeits any remaining course access without entitlement to a refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. EduCare encourages amicable resolution before litigation — contact us at legal@educare.in.
