We have the National Talent Hunt Scholarship Exam held every Sunday, which determines your scholarship. However, admission itself does not require a qualifying test — you can enroll in any batch based on availability.
You'll need: 2 passport-size photos, photocopy of Aadhaar card, last school marksheet, and any previous scholarship/rank certificate if available. A parent/guardian needs to be present at enrollment.
Yes. You can request a batch or center transfer through your nearest center. Transfer is subject to seat availability in the target batch and a nominal administrative fee where applicable.
Ideally from Class 9. However, EduCare offers Crash Courses for Class 10 & 12, and Grammar Syllabus programs for every class. Early preparation gives you more time to master tenses, voice and narration, and to practice more mock papers.
The Grammar Syllabus program covers the full class-wise English curriculum (Classes 9–12) with more revision cycles and tests. Crash Courses are intensive, timed for board season (Classes 10 & 12), focused on high-yield grammar, writing practice and previous-year papers.
Yes. Many centers offer Hindi-English medium batches, and select centers in Bihar and other states run full Hindi-medium Grammar & Spoken English batches. Ask your nearest center about availability.
Fees vary by course, duration, and center. For example, Grammar Syllabus (full year) starts around ₹18,000 and Crash Courses around ₹12,000, with scholarships up to 90%. Please contact your nearest center or the contact form for exact fees.
We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, NEFT/IMPS, and demand drafts. Many centers also offer no-cost EMI options (subject to bank tie-ups).
Yes. Detailed refund terms are documented in our Terms & Conditions under the Refund Policy section — generally, a prorated refund is available during the first few weeks after enrollment after deducting material charges. Please review our refund policy.
The National Talent Hunt Scholarship Exam is held free every Sunday. Based on your rank, you receive up to 90% OFF on course fees. It's a 2-hour, 80-question MCQ test in online CBT mode.
Every participating student receives at least a 15% concession for ranks 201–500, and scholarships scale to 90% for Rank 1. All students who appear receive some level of concession.
Yes — we offer sibling discounts (additional 5–10%) and special concessions for board toppers, children of Army veterans, and students from economically weaker sections. Available at your nearest center.

Yes. The EduCare App supports offline downloads for recorded lectures, so you can study during travel or through slow networks. Study notes and PDFs are also downloadable.
